Hello, I could not open game pages in Store (therefore I cannot purchase any game). Every time I open the game page in store, it throws out error "Something went wrong... etc.", the error code is: 0x87e10bca . But I tried to search this error code and nothing
show up. Please help me Thank you.

When i hit aby button at Xbox store (browser game, download, get gold...) i get this error 0x87e10bca.

It's fixed itself after I created this thread. It's weird, I have waited for a day and now it suddenly fixed.

After I restarted it was still glitching for a fee minutes. The error code is 0x87e10bca

I worked with MS support. All you need to do is do a factory reset (yes you can save apps/games installed)

Steps:

Settings

Console Info

Reset Console

Reset and keep my games & apps

Then follow the the steps once it reboots.

This resolved the issue for me.

I have power cycled numerous times. It doesn't help the apps will start to load and then bam it states an error message and that's it.
