I understand that a xbox game pass 14 days trial code or a xbox live gold 14 days trial code can't be used/sold as xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial code for sure.

Because a 'xbox games pass ultimate 14 days trial code' equals a 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code + xbox live gold 14 days trial code', so for new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game
pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code' , right?

Circumventing any restriction opens you up to potential enforcement action.

The code that comes packed in the Xbox One (Day One Edition or standard edition) is indeed a 14-day trial. The can be using on an Silver account. If you already have a Gold account then the trial card will not work. If you are already using another 14-day
trial card, using this one before the end of the first trial card will not "stack" the cards and you will only have 14 days from the time you redeem it. Hope this answers your questions. If not let us know and we will be more than glad to answer.

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums! I understand that not being able to purchase Xbox Game Pass 14 day trial can be frustrating but I will be happy to assist you. In regards to the 14 day trial, have you ever had the 14 day trial pass before? Or have
you ever had Game Pass before? If the answer is yes to either one of those questions then you will not be able to partake in the 14 day trial as you've already either had the 14 day trial before on your account or you've had the Game Pass before on your account.
I would recommend double checking your account to be sure of this at the
