could i get unsuspended from xbox

i want to know if i could get unsuspended from xbox live, because now i cant play the dlc for Destiny 2 that drops today, just because some little kid, got a little help from friends that did not play the game with us, and which got me suspended for 7 days,
from Grand theft Auto 5, yes GTA 5, some kid got mad at me for cursing which the online rules on grand theft auto 5, says nothing about anything on cursing, like even the campaign of the game holds a lot more nasty words i could ever say, but for a kid its
like a nightmare, because they are playing a rated M game, which they are not allowed to play, but their parents allow them....which also, why aren't they getting any bans or what?, we keep getting suspended or banned due to that reason, but they don't get
banned, trust me, they don't, they get away with the simple little nasty tricks.

Hi, note that the Xbox Enforcement Team is responsible for all matters regarding suspensions, and they do not use nor monitor these forums. Since your suspension is longer than 24 hours, I believe you should be eligible to file a case review to appeal your

Ultimately, as a user of Xbox Live, using profanity is a violation of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct, and is subject to enforcement actions by Xbox. In general, while game-specific bans can be issued for violations of game-specific infractions in the rules
stipulated by the game developers, gaming companies (Xbox, Playstation, etc.) have their own general rules for conduct as well, and these generally prohibit conduct such as profanity. I have waited over 6 hours I just want to know if I can get unsuspend so me and my little brother can play He just got back from out of town he has been waiting to play and I don't want to make him wait and I know it Sunday and people are off I just wanna hang out with my brother

If it's an Xbox Live ban (which I suspect it is), you'd need to go here and see if you can appeal it:
