Could I get my Xbox Live reward credits pls

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credits that triggered you for an automatically scheduled deposit were placed in the beginning of this month, they will not be deposited until the end of month deposit occurring shortly. Since you have been scheduled automatically,
there is no need to request one manually so that button has been removed. There was no deposit yesterday.

I have both XBox live rewards and Microsoft rewards. Will I still get my XB rewards credits converted into MS rewards points on my existing MS rewards?

Other Microsoft departments use our program name to provide refunds from time to time. I can confirm that since your region is not a Rewards eligible region, it would not have been possible for you to get Credits from Xbox Live Rewards. Therefore, it is
likely that this deposit was the result of a refund. This could be from a discontinued game, like Project Spark, but unfortunately, we do not have information on who provided this refund or why it was refunded, beyond the fact that it was not done from our
program.

For the 3,000 credits, per the FAQ for the Rewards program:

— When will I get my Rewards Credits?

A. Rewards Credits will automatically be converted into your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account by the 15th and 30th of each month, once you hit 5,000 Credits. If you have less than 5,000 Credits, they will be held as Pending until
a quantity of 5,000 is reached.
