Could I get my main account unbanned?

Unfortunately unless you are able to submit a case review through the site, there is nothing that can be done. Support (this includes phone, web, social media, etc.) is unable to assist in enforcement actions.

Is there anything else to do about this or is the account just gone?

I was comm banned a around a week before all this for my profile picture. But I can't find any other reason for why I was banned. The worst thing I can think of that I did on Xbox recently was that I messaged another person the strait faced emoji because I lost to him paint mashing on 2k, but I know it could not have been that because when I went to check why I was banned (before it was telling me "Sorry, we can't get notifications right now. Try again later") it said I was banned for my profile picture, although I only changed it once since I was comm banned and it was to a Russell Westbrook selfie with the caption "Selfie Sunday". Overall, that was really all of the activity on my account so unless any of that goes against TOS, I don't think I deserve to be permanently banned.

Around a week and a half ago I was permanently banned on my main Xbox account due to an exploit pc users can use to get anybody on Xbox permanently banned. This is the only way this could've happened because I went on a vacation at the time of this ban, meaning I couldn't have possibly been banned for anything I did, since I wasn't able to play. The reason it gives for this ban is due to my profile picture, which is also not possible because I didn't change my profile picture prior to this incident. I have spent a lot of money on that account and think that it is unfair that I lost thousands of dollars due to an exploit. The gamer tag is: faze w bush#9777 or: faze w bush9777.

The "ban exploit" thays been going around isnt actually a thing. Its all faked. Microsoft engineers have investigated the claim, and it's false.

That being said you CAN been banned when you arent online. Not all bans are immediate. Most offenses are investigated retroactively so it could have been for something you did days or even weeks ago and it just took until now for it to be investigated.

So the fact that you werent online at the time of the ban being given really doesnt actually matter.

Support has absolutely nothing to do with bans/suspensions and cannot assist with them so contacting them about this unfortunately would be a waste of time.
