Could i get a one time xbox reset please !!

Im trying to give me friend my home xbox so we can play nba 2k19 with each other. I just want to play together and i tried asking to get my home xbox to reset and wondering if i could get a one time deal to reset it please.

hi i ben playing xbox for two years and one year i took off time to play my xbox games alot and know i get reset for being called a cheater when i did nothing to cheaton any of my games. so if i could have some help please aqnd thank you

I am In the beta tester group and today get a update and the same problem begin in my xbox .. So i hard reset every time i need to change a game. This is a great problem please fix it quick. I dont Know if hard reset so often damage the xbox one.
