    Hi, I purchased a mortal kombat ultimate package recently and I have got to say….I am not happy. That package was 84 dollars! I can’t use any of the skins or the characters. I own an Xbox series s. I’ve done everything I can as far as trouble shooting is concerned and still….nothing. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game,Restarted my console, and I have updated the game. Nothing works. I want my money back.

    I only have one dc character I have the terminator and robocop but I had made those purchases prior to the installation of the pack overall. There are SO MANY characters and skins missing.

    "Ending now and getting a refund".
