Cotroller issue UFC 3

I could totally see how not being able to play to your best ability because of this controller issue could be frustrating.

Seeing as this is only happening with one game, I think it would probably be best for you to try the troubleshooting steps outlined in our

have you allready checked which kind of controller you own and maybe tried another one?

If you can‘t find one and you actually want to go for a refund, you should be fine, as long as you request it within 14 days of your purchase.

If you don‘t now how, there is a fantastic video on YouTube, made by Ambassador Zemi.

Clicking the analog stick is what changes stance for me it just frees up the hand and stops the original from working.

I've already deleted with view to reinstalling.

If I can't find a fix for this.

Any idea how difficult it is to get a refund or credit on my account.

It was 55 quid and it lasted 48 hours max.

as far as I know, there have allways been some issues with the UFC series and the Xbox - controllers, even in the predecessor UFC 2.

The controller itself doesn‘t seem to be the problem at all. It is more likely a communication problem between the software and the device ( controller ).

In the former gamer some players said clicking the analogue stick in the game does solve the problem for a short time.

You could also try to repeat the pairing process with your controller or check if there is an update for it.

Most of the issues I‘ve heard about, came from owners of the old Xbox - controllers, the ones without the 3,5 jack. Maybe you could check it.

The last option could be, to delete and reinstall the game. Remember to keep your savegame / playerdata.
