There are two reasons of why this could be the case:

a.) the file size is too big.

b.)the image does not meet a certain size.

What I like to do is find the same image but smaller, and if you can't find a smaller version of that image then just find another one.

It's been confirmed by an Xbox Support Agent that there is currently an outage with custom gamerpics not updating.

Unfortunately, I am not able to specify a date this will be resolved as we're not provided this information from the team.

You can track the progress, and be notified of the fix by going to Xbox Status | Xbox Support. Once there is a solution, please attempt to upload your custom gamerpic again and it should be fine.

I can see currently everything is showing as fully operational despite the circumstances. In this case, it's advisable to report an outage.

Please follow the steps below:

Step 1) Please go to Xbox Status | Xbox Support.

Step 2) Navigate down the page to "Services".

Step 3) Select the dropdown arrow for "Account & profile".

Step 4) Check the status of the service: 'Gamerpics'.

Step 5) Next to the dropdown arrow, select the three dots beside "Account & profile".

Step 6) Select 'Report an outage' and submit your feedback.

Ummm you can try changeing the email on your profile or recover your email by going to hotmail.com and change the email and password im not 100% but your last option is contact costomer service hope it helped tho

is there another way to reset the family settings without calling costomer support?

yup. i can't wait to play vechs super hostile costom maps on the 360 with up to 8players wicked!!
