L Dubs89 does not help with replacing your code, I would then implore you to
Contact Xbox Customer Support so that they may assist you further.

This can be done by following these simple steps:

Log in to Xbox.com

• Step 1: Scroll down, and select Support at the bottom left-hand side under
  Xbox.
• Step 2: At the bottom of the page, click on Contact Us
• Step 3 : Select Billing & accounts then "See other options"
• Step 4 : Select your Issue – Can't redeem a code
  • Select - "Show contact options"
  • Select – Request a call from Support

When you purchase the Xbox One S Fortnite Bundle it should come with a code for the Eon Cosmetics set and a code for the 2,000 V-bucks. You can find everything that the bundle includes through the Xbox website.
