    today I wanted to buy a software in the Microsoft store, Kinect Bundle: Beats & Squids

    the price according to the screen was 4390 HUF, on the credit card there was an amount of 4572 HUF

    the purchase was refused because of insufficient funds and a transaction fee of 230 HUF from Microsoft was charged

    on the screen there was no information that additional transaction fees will be charged

    why was a transaction fee of 230 HUF charged?

    That would be a validation charge that happens with certain cards. It's basically what they do when you attempt a charge and the system tries to make it work. The funds should be refunded after about 24-48 hours.

    Sadly Insurance won't help much either as most of those policies have a 500$ deductible..hence the cost of the Xbox One anyways.

    I can't see the 8 Turkish liras deducted from me in the order history so there isn't any refund button . Xbox game pass is costs 30 turkish liras in Turkey but Microsoft deducted 38 Turkish liras from me and i cant refund it ! (You can reply it English)
