    Corrupt NBA2K22


    Hi, I have preordered and since download NBA2K22. We downloaded and it is saying the game is corrupt and to unistall and then reinstall. We have done this several times and it is not fixing it. Could anyone please give help or advice as it is not eligible for a refund and I have no idea how to contact customer support. I would be so grateful for any support or guidance.

    Just wanted to double check and troubleshoot a few things with yourself, Are you installing it on a external or internal hard drive?. I also have to ask what error code appears when it says corrupt there should be a error code that can help troubleshoot this,

    I have installed straight onto the xbox drive so internal and it has error code (0x80070570)

    NBA2k22 is causing my Xbox Series X to Turn off completely

    Following, it’s definitely not the Xbox console. I have Xbox x series as well and had no problem before until nba2k22. It constantly crash and shut off my console completely. I am currently reaching NBA2k22 support via email and are waiting for the respond.

    I also read that Xbox did have that issue but the patch was in March somewhere, but I had the Xbox since December 2020. Never had that issue at all until nba2k22. I decide to check if there are other people with this problem and here you are. I have also found other person on other website complaining the same thing. :(

    Can you clarify exactly what you are trying to do and the issue as your post is a bit confusing.

    On the one hand, it sounds like you install the game on your One X fine but it prompts you to install it again when you go to play it

    On the other, it sounds like you install it fine on your One X but, because it isn't the Series X version, you then try reinstalling again.

    As pointed out above, Series S/X versions are only available for Series S/X consoles (the current generation console)...the One X (last generation console) is neither

    You will only be able to download the Xbox Series S/X version on an Xbox Series S/X. Do you get an error message when trying to launch the Xbox One version?
