    Corrupt code 0x80070570


    I keep having the corrupt code 0x80070570 show up for multiple games. I have an external hard drive that I use to store games and I’ve run diagnostics and found nothing wrong with the actual drive. I’ve done a power cycle and a factory reset in an attempt to fix this. Am I doing something wrong? What is the most effective course of action?

    My fortnite has corrupted and won't reinstall.

    It says that it can't be launched and that the item is corrupt. Try uninstalling and reinstalling. Followed by the code (0x80070570), immediately after trying to install.

    Have you tried checking if the issue still persist while the external hard drive is unplugged? I've experienced the same thing and found out that it is my external hard drive that is causing the error though. I suggest to reformat your external hard drive.
