Correct account, says points deposited, but they aren't in my microsoft awards balance

My xbox rewards statement says 8,800 credits were deposited on 11/9/16. However, my Microsoft rewards balance does not show this. My current Microsoft rewards balance is just over 21k, all of which can be accounted for through the Microsoft rewards program
offers. Nothing was deposited from xbox rewards.

Didn’t Recieve Awards Points

I need my 10,250 Microsoft awards points to be deposited to my account. Also, I processed another 1,750 points but I never received them in my account.

Yes. Further up the page, you'll see where it says "Pending Credits". Once the credits are pending they will be listed there (if they aren't already). Then they'll be deposited as currency into your Microsoft account balance later this month.

Microsoft Rewards and Xbox Live Rewards are separate programs, and Xbox Live Rewards deposits directly to your commerce account, as Smwutches says.

The points will be added into your account every 15th or 30th of each month when it reach 100 pending point
