    The disc version of Quantum Break is not eligible for the Quantum Break on Windows 10 code. For further information, check out the Quantum Break on Windows 10 FAQ. Since the disc version
    is not eligible, I'm afraid we're unable to assist further regarding this issue.

    Did you get the physical disc copy of Quantum Break? The Windows 10 code for Quantum Break, in addition to American Nightmare, is exclusive to customers who pre-ordered the game digitally through the Xbox Store or redeemed a game code before the game's release.

    Quantum Break Pre-Order never received Alan Wake American Nightmare and Quantum Break PC code

    Pre-ordering a code to redeem the digital version of Quantum Break through the Xbox Store before the launch of Quantum Break (which was April 5th, 2016) would have included the digital pre-order bonuses. However the disc version would not have been eligible.
