Copy accounts from Xbox One X to Series X without resigning in

Hi guys, I bought an Xbox One X of FB marketplace and the guy left his account logged in with over 250 AA and AAA titles purchased.. Total win.. Now I'm looking at buying a Series X and want to copy his account to the new Xbox as I've made my own progress in these games under my own account. I don't have his password so I cant just sign him in on the new console.. Is there a way to copy the full HDD with all account settings and flash or load this onto the new Xbox? Am looking for any sort of exploit to do this, I know I cant do it with Microsoft data transfer so am looking for an alternative option. Possibly PC software that can do the copying.

No. That wouldn't be possible without access to the account and it violates the code of conduct/terms of service to use someone else's account.

RESOLVED: I signed out of all devices associated with my Xbox gamertag and resigned in. I'm thinking this was an issue after switching from Xbox One to the Series X.

Hi Georges, I was asking whether people would recommend buying the Series X version to get the improved features. As in should I sell my Xbox One copy and buy the Series X copy?

Fair enough, a slow internet connection is as good excuse as any.

Be aware however that while that drive will work on Series X, you won't be able to play Series X games directly from it. Series X games will require faster access and read speeds. My understanding is that the Series X games can be 'backed up' on an external
drive and then need to copied/moved over to either the internal SSD or the External SSD's that will be available for the machine.

The Series X will read and play Xbox One games from an external drive though.
