    Cooking Simulator Windows Edition


    I was directed here from the Twitter Support team. Here's a brief run-down on the situation that I and others have come across.

    On PC GamePass, when you hover over Cooking Simulator it shows there are Xbox Achievements for the title on PC.

    When you click on the game, there are no achievements shown.

    Once you start playing the game, achievements pop up like normal but when you check the description of them, it leads to nothing. Same as when you press Windows+G, it shows the game doesn't exist for and there are no achievements.

    The real confusing part. It actually adds points to your gamerscore, but it doesn't show the game at all for recently played or unlocked achievements. The game simply doesn't exist on your profile.

    This is strictly for the PC version of Cooking Simulator. The Console version works fine.

    No worries, I was mainly trying to install Hypnospace Outlaw which came up with nothing. Right now just to test I tried cooking simulator and darkest dungeon, with cooking simulator getting to the pending stage in the download menu but still getting stuck, and darkest dungeon having the same issue as Hypnospace.

    It would be best to get in touch with support or post on the page of the developer of the game themselves, because such requests are controller by the developer of the game and not the platform in which the game is played on.

    Yes only Cooking Simulator, all others games works

    Windows 10

    Installed on my D: drive like all my others games

    I have a good gaming graphics card (Normal one not a laptop one)

    Nothing else.

    Hi blackv43,

    It’s not unheard of for games to be released as digital only versions and it comes down to the developer/publisher to decide if they want to release a physical copy if the game.

    I was waiting ages for Cuphead to get a physical release but it has not happened yet, so I just gave up and purchased the digital version.
