    Convert lost gold from game pass?


    So I got a 24 month prepaid gold and I realize I shouldn't have redeemed it while my game pass ultimate was active. But in doing so, I canceled my game pass and lost 1 year of the prepaid gold service. Is there no way to get that time back?

    Hi RohitSaj.

    Yes, the 12 month gold is no longer available in the MS Store, but you can still buy code cards from retailers and use, not not at the MS Store.

    When you convert to Game Pass Ultimate your current balance of Gold will be converted to Game Pass Ultimate as well, so you won't loose it, but if you choose to cancel the GPU before your balance has run out, i does not convert back to Gold, but will be
    lost.

    As fa as i know there is no way as you have cancelled the service. You can try and apply for a digital refund but i doubt it would be possible. Sorry

    Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done. Once Live Gold is converted, it can not be undone. Canceling Game Pass Ultimate deletes all converted subscriptions.

    My entire 1 year Xbox Live Gold subscription got cancelled after cancelling 1 month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate

    Support can not reactivate the Gold Live subscription. It clearly states that if you cancel Game Pass Ultimate any converted prepaid time will be lost.
