Convert Bundle Game Into a Digital For my account

All Play Anywhere games (those playable on both Windows 10 and Xbox One) have to the digital version of the game. More info on how it works can be found here: https://www.xbox.com/games/xbox-play-anywhere

You can copy data from the disc, but you still need the disc for the right to play the game.

Unfortunately, you cannot convert a physical copy of a game into a digital copy.

The only way to get your disc game working on the "All digital" edition of the Xbox One is to purchase the game digitally.

It's not possible to "convert" a disc game to a digital game. Otherwise you could buy a disc, convert it to digital, and sell the disc to someone else who would then convert to digital, sell the disc and so on, until the whole world has the game digitally,
and only one disc was sold.

So the only way to get a digital copy of your disc based game would be to buy the game digitally again.

Unfortunately no, a retail hard copy cannot be converted to a full digital copy. My advice would be to ask the shop you are getting it from, to replace it with a digital copy if they have the ability to do so. Failing that, you could always try Ubisoft but
that may prove a long shot as its not their responsibility to exchange format on a retailers set bundle.
