    Hello,

    I was told to come here from Xbox support (ref number 1413200734)

    I have two queries...

    1) A year ago i deposited 6,500 tokens but it was never added to my account. Xbox support says that it needs to be converted. Could you please take a look into the issue

    2) After a certain period of time i stopped receiving credits for a recurring subscription. Could you give me any information on the matter? i never changed payment method or stopped paying for my Xbox Gold.

    How do we get the rewards?

    I was wondering if we have to manually ask for a conversion for the rewards to microsoft points, or do they do the conversion?

    Conversion

    1) If the site says they were deposited, then they were. You would want to check your returns at Sign in to your Microsoft account to verify the deposit. Keep in mind that 6500 credits would be a deposit of $6.50USD.

    2) As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    Hello Yoshii34,

    You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
    where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. You already spent that deposit on a purchase of Overwatch Origins Edition on February 5, 2017.

    Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY YOU! We've got your answer here." (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55),
    we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals as of July 2014.

    Hiya!

    I had the same question when I was thinking about converting my XBOX Live Gold which I had paid up to July of 2021. I had heard there was a reduced conversion but when I read it carefully, they were doing a promotion where if you paid $1.00 for the first
    month, it would swap out the remaining time day for day to go to the Game Pass Ultimate. I was worried but it game me an equal trade off. I dont know if that promotion is still going on. I would just check to make sure. Read the fine print!!

    Thank you for your reply. But that's a little stupid, I think. So if someone doesn't have either subscription, and they buy gold or game pass, and convert it, they are able to get game pass ultimate for less money. So the conversion does't make much sense.
    For me that doesn't make much sense.
