    Hi, i recently bought star wars battlefront and i received a 1 month free trial for EA access. The code has disappeared and i cant find it. Is there any way i can retrieve this code, or get a replacement

    I am sorry you're experiencing this issue however \once the Xbox LIVE message expires, the message is lost and the code can not be recovered or re-sent to you. In the future, please be sure to note things like that down or redeem it immediately.

    You will have to buy live again. It is in the T&Cs that once the conversion happens that live is gone so once you cancel GPU it is gone.
