    Why does Microsoft produce poor quality controllers and does not stand by their product?

    Why are their so many problems with Xbox one controllers compared to Xbox 360 or original controllers?

    Of course these are only rhetorical questions. The answers are obviously self evident.

    CEO Satya Nadella, EVP of Sales Jean-Philippe Courtois, EVP of Devices & Experience Rajexh Jha and EVP of Gaming Phil Spencer as well as stock holders are focused on the primary interest of creating high profit margins. Unfortunately the users experience
    is secondary to profit, like most other companies. This will be humans undoing, quantity over quality, an unsustainable way of operating.

    Solution -

    Purchase and in store 2 year warranty for your controllers. Even if they are not broken, exchange them for new ones before the warranty expires.

    I hope this helps. I care about the user experience even if those who make millions off of you... don't.

    Do you by chance have a second controller signed in, that is pushing up?

    On the main Xbox menus, multiple controllers are "fighting" over the control of the dashboard, and every controller can move the cursor.

    When you start a game, each controller is assigned to a specific player, and only that player is controlled. So if a second controller is always pushing up, it won't affect control in a game of the first controller anymore.
