Controllers keep disconnecting and reconnecting

    Controllers keep disconnecting and reconnecting


    My controllers keep disconnecting randomly for a few seconds then reconnect. I have tried disabling the 2.4 GHz band of my WiFi network, but no luck. Any idea what’s going on?

    Xbox one controller disconnects when I lose connection to the internet

    I know why my internet keeps disconnecting. What im saying is my controller disconnects when i lose connection. It will reconnect but on rare occasions it will not turn back on. Dont worry about the wifi part. All I need to know is if the controllers are
    supposed to drop conneection and then reconnect when the xbox all of a sudden loses internet connection. I dont lose control of the wifi.

    i have tried disconnecting it and then reconnecting it and now the controller doesnt work on the laptop at all, it keeps going from connected to paired then back to connected and the xbox logo on the controller is flashing slowly.

    I think I had this issue though before the update. I would get a 3rd xbox if I knew it would fix the issue. From reading all the posts this can't be guaranteed.
