Can your garbage design team make a controller that doesn't complete break after 1 accidental drop. I've spent over $700 and on controllers in the duration of 5 years. Don't tell me to go buy another controller for $90 dollars you are out of your mind,
firstly you can't even make a controller that is easily repaired, bits fall everywhere any time I attempt to fix a controller myself. You need t6 t8 and t9 screws just open the thing. I will not be a part of your toxic franchise if all you do is scam me of
my money before I even get to play games. Lower you prices considerably and fix accessibility of repair. The Chinese do everything better than you Americans its no wonder everyone turns to 3rd party products. You can't even make a plastic controller right?!?,

$90 controller?! I could've had a great 4k monitor if you scammers decided to make controllers last more than a fricken year. Summarily the xbox community is horrible, they have no repairs capability on their own controllers.. unless you spend a whole week
fixing it wasting your precious gaming time. Make your controllers go much cheaper or on sale periodically during holidays, this will fix many people's frustration including mine.
