I would like to know why the xbox one controllers are made so poorly, I am serisouly on my 13th controller, they fall apart buttons crunching or falling out joystick become loose or bad input bad control, they creak like a 100 yh ear old rocking chair
after a month, just everything about these is beyond cheap and un acceptable. 1st I'd like a refund for at least half of these pieces of junk, and 2nd I want to hear that Microsoft actually gives a Dam and is going to make a new controller design. this was
never an issue on any other system I have ever owned, I still have all original controller back to my Nintendo, even xbox 360 controllers were amazing, but not these, extremely mad about the quality coming from xbox, may be the ruling decision on why I'd never
buy an xbox product again

I would highly recommend getting the Xbox Elite controller if you play FPS games or play for extended periods of time.

I can understand your frustration because I have had left thumb sticks drift and a bumper fall out of a controller while playing games. If these issues are occurring in under a month, like you stated, your newest controller may still be under warranty. Follow
these trouble shooting steps and enter the serial number on the back of your controller if prompted to find out.

never had any problem. Have you tried the ps4 controller? It cracked in my hands. But my Xbox one x.. It fell many times on the flor. Still working like swiss clock...

I have a launch xbox one with its original controller and I play everyday, my brother on the other hand plays significantly more competitive games then me and goes through more controllers. I notice he also gets more agitated more often than me, so i do
imagine that there may be a correlation there. Maybe try to play some more relaxed games would be my suggestion.
