    Hi,

    I got following problem: Bought a Xbox one edition on release and all of my 4 controllers were always disconnecting every time (sometimes every 10 sec.). Usually it helped when I was 1 meter in front of the box. All controllers are updated and full charged.
    With wire connection they are working without problems. I did not used my xbox for a long time. But since Fifa 18 is out I would like to use it. But I am only able to play without wireless controllers.

    Also done a hardreset without success.

    There is only one visible WLAN spot which is mine in the near and the AP is 4-5 meters away from the xbox. My TV have a distance from about 40cm to the box and the only other device that I am using is an AV-receiver which is about 2 meters far away.

    At the moment I can't play local with friends. And also got no warranty left and I don't know why to pay 100 € to send it to repair for a failure which is known for a device which costed me 500 € without equipment and games

    Is there maybe any new status to solve this problem?

    Fix xbox one controllers disconnecting problem!

    im disconnecting all the time, have 3 controllers, and happening too every one of them. even worse on my elite controller!

    all my controllers are updated and works with cable!

    so i should have no issues like this,, and i dont have any more wireless devices here so i dont have any more wireless devices who can mess this up. i think the updates on the controllers made them unstable!

    X1 Desperate Help !!

    I'll start up a game and in about 5 minutes or so my controller disconnects. I've figured out that every time I see my controller disconnect, that live actually disconnects as well. Does anyone know how the controller and live are related? I need a fix desperately!! I never had the problem before only started about a month ago. Don't know why I'm getting disconnected from live

    Xbox One - Controllers Disconnecting Intermittently

    Try to disconnect the kinect sensor and restart the console without it. With this configuration all the controllers synchroniza every time you try it. I think that is a software bug.

    my controller works fine until it disconnects, be it i disconnected it or it stayed idle for 15 minutes, after that i hold the xbox button and the controller shows its connected, however no buttons work, not even if another controller was connected, the
    Kinect works fine however to reconnect the controller i have to power-cycle the console every-time.

    I am having this problem also. It doesn't automatically reconnect. I have to hit the xbox button on my controller and choose sign in every time it disconnects me. I never had it disconnect me before the october software upgrade.
