Controller xbox1x lags and disconnects during game play

Hi all, I've see many posts about xbox1x controller lag and disconnecting from console during game play... any word on a fix? This often happens to me with my brand new one X

Can't connect

I was able to play fine the other week, and then suddenly it started to make me lag during games and then it disconnects me from the internet.

Controller keeps disconnecting from Xbox One

I have also noticed my controller disconnects multiple times during play. For example is i play for 1.5 hours it probably disconnects 4 times. Its extremely frustrating. I have tried both the batteries and the rechargeable controller.

Can you please try following the
Xbox Controller disconnects support guide to try to eliminate possible causes for this such as weak batteries or possible interference caused by other items.

Did you try another controller? My Project Scorpio controller was a dud so I had to get it fixed.

Connecting the controller with a USB cable doesn't work,

Controller still disconnects even with a USB cable connected,

I have the same issue with Series X using mouse and keyboard for Call of Duty Vanguard.

I played during the beta and there was no problems with the controller disconnecting but as soon as the game released, the controller disconnects,

I've tried a Xbox One controller Series X controller, with batteries and a USB cable, and the controllers still disconnects.

For now, take the batteries out, and use a usb cable if you have one OR just send the Xbox One back
