Controller xbox one wireless analog stick

Hi i bought my xbox one controller exactly 1 year ago and im having major issues in MANY many games.

Since 1 month ago: the left analog stick drifts up on many occasions, screwing up and annoying my gaming sessions.

Im having this problem in different titles such as Shadow of Mordor and War, and tekken 7.

Is there a way to have my controller replaced or what? it never dropped not even once.

My 360 controller dropped many times and never had a problem.

Still i prefer to use the One but simply cannot anymore.

I use it on my pc with the dedicated xbox one adapter for windows 10, i think i should have still the receipt in case.

and for sure i still have the original box.

I'd like to know what i can do.

Xbox controllers are the worst

You can buy new analogue sticks, i have ordered one and as soon as it arrives i will post about my progress, here is the link for the stick if any one fancies joining in

Xbox one controller has one flaw

When you compare the xbox one controller to the ps4 controller, the xbox one controller has one flaw.

More of a health and safety problem actually.

The "r3" right analog stick on the xbox one controller takes a bit of force to push it in, alot more force compared to the ps4 controller. ps4 controller right analog stick, you can push it in many times with out any repercussions to your wrists.

When you need too use the r3 analog stick on the xbox one controller to do things repeated in a game , such as go to third person while you are driving a tank. You press r3 in todo that.

Microsoft has a 90-day manufacturer's warranty for controllers and other Xbox accessories.

You can try setting up a repair here, but they'll likely just charge you full price for a replacement controller since it would be out-of-warranty now:
