Controller xbox one non si associa e console non si connette [Translation-Xbox one...

    Ciao a tutti

    Sapete aiutarmi in qualche modo?

    grazie!

    Hi everyone

For some days the controller of the x box one is no longer associated with the console.

The console itself then no longer connects automatically to the wi-fi.

When I press the side button of the console to activate the association, the light signal remains fixed and nothing seems to happen: the only thing is that the screen appears to me that I am not connected to a network, and to try again.

Obviously without a controller I can't connect to the internet ...

I tried to connect the controller by cable but it doesn't change anything.

Can you help me in any way?

    thank you!]

    :)

There might be an issue with your controller. Try to connect another one or a keyboard to any of the USB ports on the Xbox One, by doing this you will be able to check if the console is the problem or the controller is. Also you could connect the controller
via USB to a Windows 10 PC and check if the controller work properly. Hope it helps to clear some doubts.

    Hi
    BEA1234CJ ,

Thank you for coming to the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help.

First, go ahead and do a
hard reset and power cycle . When the console is powered on, hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about
2-3 minutes. Then re-connect and turn on the Xbox.

If that doesn't help then you will need to try out a
    soft factory reset .

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.
    3. Select Reset console.
Make sure to select "Keep my games & apps" and have your account login information plus your WIFI password ready if you connect wireless because you will need to re-add the account's that were on the Xbox and re-connect to your network during the reset.

    Let us know the results!
