    Salve a tutti, ho acquistato un controller xbox one nuovo sul sito ufficiale MICROSOFT, 11 mesi fa, come è possibile inserire il numero di serie risulti fuori garanzia?

    Non dovrei avere 24 mesi di garanzia?
