Controller works fine for everything else but the guide button doesn't bring up the guide.

Hit middle Guide button on the controller.

If that doesn't work., with live TV up, turn on our controller and a button. This will bring a pause TV opyion up at the bottom of the menu. Click on that bud!

all sorted. Hitting the double box button on the controller brings up an option to change the ratio.

Hi make sure you are joining the party through the Xbox 360 guide, and not through the Xbox one guide. If you're not sure how to access the Xbox 360 guide, press the two buttons either side of the Xbox button at the same time on the controller. This will
bring up the Xbox 360 guide, and you can join the party from there.

I'm having a similar issue. At first they wouldn't connect to the xbox one. I was able to get them to connect via the sync buttons on the console and the controllers. Once on and working, everything seems fine until you press the guide button. That still
doesn't work. I tried updating the controllers, but it had no effect. The only thing out of the ordinary was that immediately before this started happening, I tried streaming to my laptop.

Thats right you are in the 360 if you tap the xbox button on the controller it qill bring up the 360 guide that i was talking about
