Controller won’t work on my iPhone 13 cloud gaming

I am signed in to the same accounts on both iPhone and PC. Games will not save on iPhone nor PC, even though when possible I attempt to load my save data from the cloud. Cloud storage doesn’t have any saved data regardless of the device I use. I’ve been trying all day long to get it to save my games but it just won’t work

Mine suddenly started working for all browsers including safari now, not sure what’s going on

Also I tried a series X controller and all it does is constantly disconnect from my MacBook Air and iPhone 13 pro max but it stays connected to the windows laptop. Seems to have compatibility issues with Apple

Going to try a duelshock 4 instead as apparently works well with Apple and should work for Xbox cloud gaming.

Works fine on my 13 pro, which runs on the same hardware and software. It's your specific device or your carrier
