    Controller won't sync


    Got a new pc and it doesn't acknowledge my wireless adaptor or the adaptor is broken or something, anyway, the adaptor and the controller just flash at each other for a bit and nothing happens. got the xbox accessory app like the website says but it doesn't seem to be able to detect the adaptor.

    Thoughts? Recommendations?

    Controller connected but not working

    Having a similar issue myself. Recently got 20th anniversary controller. My son changed the batteries and it won't work now. It'll turn on the console but won't control anything.

    I synced it with my phone and it works. After that, I re-synced it with the console. It appears to sync, but no functionality. Won't show up as a connected device either.

    Update: I just got it to work. Multiple re-sync attempts and leaving the console unplugged for about ten min.

    hey thanks for the help I tried turning it on manual and the controller sync but after that it won't sync anymore and the lights keep on flashing on the controller. when I try to go sync it with the 360 but the 360 doesn't pick it up and the lights still
    flash on the controller. what does this also mean?
