    Controller won’t sync and connect to Xbox


    We connected a blue tooth headset to my xbox and it kept messing up my controller and when my cousin connected it to his xbox it kept messing up my controller and we dont know how to disconnect it from xbox! So my controller keeps blinking and my xbox
    doesnt wanna sync with anything.

    Occasionally, this happens, like the Ambassador mentioned, you can always do that hard reboot, and it should fix your issue.

    Yes this is the only game , and yes the Xbox has Xbox live and is connected to the internet, it won’t let me sync the game either so I don’t know what the issue will be
