Controller won't connect to Series S.

I've owned my series S for 16 days now, and it's controller usually doesn’t controller to the console it just keeps blinking, I've tried to take put the batteries then turn off the Xbox then unplug it and that only briefly worked, I've bought a charging kit and tried to plug in the controller but that doesn't work, I bought a new controller and that didn't work, I've used the pair buttons for both the Xbox and controller and it still doesn't work.

If there's anything I can do please tell me, I've also tried to contact Xbox support but they were available at the time.

I already tried this, it worked the first 3 times but wouldn't work again after that sadly.

Edit: nevermind, I tryed it again to see if it would work and it did work, thanks!

May I know if you already tried power cycling the console?

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

After that, re-pair the controllers one more time with your console

There isn't a specific adaptor for the Series X/S controllers for PC. The current adaptor works just fine with these newer controllers, however it is now in very short supply. There are third party ones available that do the same thing.

The Xbox 360 wireless controllers use a different WIFI protocol, they need their own Xbox 360 wireless Gaming Receiver.

Xbox One and Series X/S controllers can be connected to PC via Bluetooth, but headsets will only work with the Xbox One adaptor (or a third party version), they won't work when the controller is connected via BT

Hi,

I try to connect my Xbox Elite wireless controller series 2 via bluetooth on my Ipad Pro 11 inch 2018, but it can't make connection or won't be recognized. The series 2 controller supports bluetooth. I can make connection with the other older version Xbox
One S wireless controller immediately.

I'd make a phone call with Apple support and they said that maybe the problem could be that the Xbox Elite controller series 2 won't be supported and isn't compatible with Ipad.

I want to know guys if you had the same problem and I want to ask if there will be an update in the future to solve this problem?

At the moment the series 2 elite controller is not compatible with Iphones/Ipads. At the moment the only device that the series 2 controller is available on IOS side is the Mac and even that it's janky. Series 2 controller works fine on Android at the moment.
