    Controller warranty return accesories


    Hi, I just made a exchange order with my xbox controller warranty. The page said that no accesories should be sent with the controller such as cables. My model of controller came with a rechargable battery back, all I need to know is if this has to be sent back with the contoller.

    Only send back the controller, without the battery pack. Also make sure any additional accessories such as thumbstick grips are removed before sending it in for service.

    Manufacturer warranties and retail return policies are two different things though. Most stores will guarantee an item for 90 days. Even without a receipt, they will usually give you an even exchange or in store credit if you have the packaging and the item
    came from them.

    As you mentioned, yes I think my controller warranty has expired since its 5-6 years old,

    How do I start the update with another controller, since the controller thats not working is not connecting and not showing up in accesories
