    Controller warranty help


    I have an Xbox elite controller series 2 still in warranty however when I put a warranty order in it will not let me click anything apart from accessories however it is something else that needs repairing I am unable to call Microsoft in anyway and need a way to be able to send my controller in for warranty please help.
