Controller warranty has ran out prematurely

    Controller warranty has ran out prematurely


    I bought a three year warranty on the 3rd of September 2021 and it shows as warranty expired on the 2/7/2024. I've tried to in touch with an employee but it doesn't work. How do I get in touch with someone.

    If you're controller is still in warranty you can but seeing how you got it on release you've unfortunately ran out.

    Thanks for your reply, Unfortunately My Warranty has ran out and i can't afford a new controller, i am handy with a soldering iron tho if there is a possible fix and part? Or can i pay for it to be repaired?

    It's a shame these controllers are so porrly made and are not cheep.

    It is possible to find someone to fix it locally but it is probably best to purchase a new one.

    Its second hand which means the original warranty has probably ran out a while ago...
