Controller waranty

Hello, i recently bought xbox one x who's sold with controller but the controller have a problem he always unlick from"wireless" he's always under voltage with the light at the middle but he always desynchronized from my console, so i can't play without
cable.

I read many of controller sold with xbox one x got this problem, i have an other controller and he don't make this with my xbox one x, so the problem come from the controller sold in this bundle. Don't know if you send me new controller or if i have to send
back this one

The warranty on console controllers is 90 days, if its old than that I'm afraid there won't be one. You would need to talk to the seller in that case.

Thank you for your reply. Just to clarify, with the send immediately option, I don't need to send my controller. Do I get a replacement controller, or do I get parts to repair it myself. Thanks.
