    Hi,

    I buy a new controller for my xbox one (fat), the V3, When I connect my headphones (sennheiser game one) on the port jack I have no sound except that of the group of friend but diminished. On the other hand, my headphones work perfectly on my v2 controller

    Do you have a solution ?

    Chatpad doesnt work with v3 controller?

    Just yesterday I got the new v3 controller with bluetooth. Ive been using xbone controllers with my PC for a while now and the chatpad has been an integral part of my setup. But something Ive noticed with my new v3 controller is that when it's connected
    via bluetooth, the chatpad simply will not work. Works fine when connected via the wireless adapter, but the whole reason why i bought this controller was so that i could move exclusively to bluetooth connectivity. Anyone else have this problem?

    Check the game/chat audio settings when the headset is connected to your new controller. You can find this by pressing the Xbox button to reveal the guide, and navigating to the settings tab to the far right. I'm thinking that the audio settings are separate
    between each controller.

    The white V3 controller was released in 2016 with the Xbox One S. The black one followed in 2017.
