    Controller Update Not Working


    Controller needs update. Okay.

    I use rechargable batteries and mine are on full charge.

    It says to change batteries or plug in USB cable. I look to my USB cable already plugged in.

    I unplug the USB cable and replug it. Nothing happens.

    I cannot update the controller, and every time I turn it on, I am asked to.

    This is ANNOYING. I'm following the steps given to me and they do not work.

    Every problem I have with a microsoft product is this exact same situation: I follow the given rules and they don't work.

    I'm very tired of doing this over and over with each situation.

    My Question: how can I update my controller when nothing works?

    Hello EpilepticGuitar, The easiest way for you to get the update is take the battery pack out of the controller, and then plug in the USB Connecter and trying the update again. Be sure to tell me how it goes! If you have any issues i'll be around!
