Controller unresponsive still not fixed in Beta build (COD VANGUARD)

I still haven't got two Krogan builds, the Soldier and Vanguard and I've been playing for ages.

Connecting the controller with a USB cable doesn't work,

Controller still disconnects even with a USB cable connected,

I have the same issue with Series X using mouse and keyboard for Call of Duty Vanguard.

I played during the beta and there was no problems with the controller disconnecting but as soon as the game released, the controller disconnects,

I've tried a Xbox One controller Series X controller, with batteries and a USB cable, and the controllers still disconnects.

So, is it safe to assume you were well taken with it? lol

I have a serious question however. The controls for BF on the consoles have always seemed a little sluggish, clunky and unresponsive when compared to the COD franchise. COD just has a silky smoothness to the controls and character movement. What changes,
if any, have there been made to the controls? Does movement still feel cumbersome?

I just bought the covert forces controller and I'm experiencing the same issue. The d pad is unresponsive. I'm currently in possession of the controller and retail packaging, and it's still unresponsive.

I see. Could you launch Vanguard again and wait for it to become unresponsive? once it does, try unplugging your headset and let me know if that makes a difference.
