    Controller unresponsive apart from Home Button


    I had a quick browse and couldn’t see anything related but will apologise if this is a duplicate post.

    Occasionally with the Alpha Skip Ahead, when I boot my Xbox up the controller will be unresponsive bar the Xbox home button, and the only way to resolve is by doing a hard restart of the console.

    Has anyone else come across this issue? Of course I’ll be reporting this issue via the dashboard but just wanted to see if this was a common issue or not.

    Hi, thanks for the advise. I tried this and reset everything, started like a new console and the same thing happened unfortunately. Half way through the first game I attempted on fifa17 so about 5 mins in. Just frozen screen and unresponsive apart from

    Sadly, I have had them a few days now, they sure did wore, but for the worst, apart from A button being unresponsive, the sticky is gone but it is just plain unresponsive, and it is now affecting B button now.

    It does not.Only way my controller turns on and get to the menu when I need is when I press the home button and up and right on the D pad at the same time. My home button is completely unresponsive on it's own
