    Controller turn off in media apps


    When you are viewing some media content in apps like Twitch, Crunchyroll, Prime Video, the controller turn off after 15 min of not movement but I have my headset connected to the 3.5mm audio, I’m hearing the audio trough the controller, is annoying the I have to move some joystick every some time to the controller don’t turn off.

    [/quote]I didn't try to tune the media connection or anything. I loaded up the app, saw my library refresh (it was something like 8,000 items) and tried out a couple songs.

    Turning off Media streaming is simple really. All you have to do is click the Block All button in Media streaming options and it's disabled.

    I think I'm getting closer to the source. It happened again when I tried connecting the controller after opening a game. Then, after closing some apps (I have an AutoScript to control media stuff, like System Volume and an app to warn me when the controller's
    battery is flat), i noticed that Steam was trying to take the controller over. Maybe that's the cause for the reboot? (Also, pressing the Xbox button to turn it off was triggering the Volume without said apps open. Weird)

    Also, just to confirm, I went ahead and set up media sharing on my Windows 7 desktop to test (with Windows Firewall turned off) - still nothing found on the media player app.

    USB drive not recognized by media player app

    Ok, i found some sort of sollution (Xbox One S):

    Turn off your Xbox One by holding down the power button for 10sec.

    When turned off, unplug youre USB drive.

    Restart the Xbox One and login with youre account

    Re-plug the USB drive. Now a pop-ub appears for the Xbox Media App

    Go to the media app and you should/might see the USB drive now.

    Let me know if it worked
