controller swap during warranty

hi guys, did you have trouble with microsoft for warrranty on controller, got a white setup called warranty for left analogic stick on that, received a rma with ups asking to return my white controller and finally received a black one.....

just trying to find a solution to call or receive a call from support but always stay in crazy loop with the f.....g virtual assistant.

seems when you purchase a xbox you dont have any customer service.....

my original issue is about different controller color, but actually got a biggest issue with no support with microsoft

Sorry about that. In order to get the item back out to you so you can get back to gaming as quickly as possible Xbox usually sends a previously refurbished product back out to you as soon as they receive yours in.
