Controller stops working every single time i try to play Turbo golf racing

The other one is Turbo Golf Racing, Idk if this one is still in beta testing or what, but it don't work for me.

tried the turbo golf racing game and it wouldnt log me in, so looks like the powershell did do something, it just didnt give me a typed response like if it fails.

i repaired and reset the xbox app. rebooted the PC and tried 2 more times on FF13 and it still asks 2 times every time.

I turn it off with the controller and then unplug it as soon as the white light on the console stops blinking. It's usually like 6 seconds or so. I do this every single time and I play almost every single night since launch.

I signed out of both apps and repaired and reset: xbox app, Microsoft store app, and gaming services. then ran the wsreset.
I tried Turbo Golf Racing. i have been playing this here and there for about a month. it usually doesn't ask, but sometimes it does. so for the most part, this game seems to only need one verification.
After the resetting, i tried running the game again. it didn't freeze on the second verification this time, but i closed the game to test if it still asked every time, and it still does on launcher start and game start.

I'm stuck on campaign lvl 20 because it stops working every single time I play it. Hopefully an update will fix it soon so I can finish the campaign for 200g!
