Controller still not syncing to console.

Man I've tried all your methods it still doesn't sync, but my nephews controller does sync with my console.

Try this:

Turn off your console.

Press the Controller sync Button (keep holding it)

While holding The controller sync button Turn on your console while you still have the sync button held.

Keep holding the Sync button until you reach dashboard if it lets you reach it..

You should still be able to sync your controller for the time being as long as you have a usb to connect it to the console and it should sync up.

Power on the console with the power button and let it finish booting. Then power-on the controller with the Guide button. When the controller's lights start spinning, hit the sync button on the console.

have noticed that when the green lights spin on the console after pressing the sync button that only three are spinning controller or user two does not light up at all..

It's possible your controller is damaged in some way and can no longer sync. Try
to re-pair the controller using the steps provided above.

Out of the pile of consoles I have, one does not sync as quickly as the others when a paired controller's guide button is used to start the console. It still pairs, just takes 5-10 seconds or so.
