    Controller Request forms not going through


    I have submitter several controller request forms, but after 72 hours none of them come through. I have tried different emails, but I think it’s a problem on their end. What can I do to ensure I get my controller replaced?

    Sorry to hear you are running into this problem. If you have not already filled out the

    Refund Request Form     go ahead and follow the link and request the refund. If you have already gone through that then I would suggest going back through

    Contact Us     page and when selecting "account" go ahead and select the "No thanks" option. This will give you different options to attempt to request a callback.
