Controller Replacemet

Hello,

First of all, thanks for the support agents who guided me through the steps to find out the problem regarding my controller. The number of the case is 1407661858 and I started to contact support since I can't play with my controller anymore. For some reason
I don't know yet, I'm unable to turn on my standard xbox one controller. We tried all the different steps provided by the support guide but we didn't manage to make it work.

The S/N of this controller is 03980149603545 and I got as a replacement on 02/07/2017 (case 1375977798), the first one was bought on 12/7/2016. I bought the controller in Spain and the warranty is one year in my region. The problem is that if we base on
the 90 days from the day it was replaced. It is already beyond 90 days, and if we base on 1 year warranty from the date the controller was purchased it is already 4 days beyond which is no longer covered, which is what the agent told me when he checked on
the system.

It is so sad but I do really understand the warranty is no longer valid and the system doesn't give the option, but I would really appreciate if there was any help I could get from you dear support, since the agent suggested me to at least try to post my
case.

$99 Xbox and Kinect with 2 year Gold sub.

i would do it if they had a replacemet if the xbox died (RROD) and payed some money to upgrade to any xbox that comes out that u have, and still pay 15 bucks for live
