Controller randomly doesn't sync to my xbox

I understand you need help on your controller problem.

Have you tried a different controller on the console just to check if this is just a controller issue?

Did you already try different batteries as well?

Is this also happening when being connected through wired?

I've had the same problem all year. My controller just randomly disconnects whenever it wants. It always has fresh batteries & I try syncing it every now and then to see if it helps & it doesn't. I've talked to Microsoft about it they said that it might
my console with the problem, not my controller. VERY UPSET!

For some reason my Xbox keeps disconnecting from xbox live an controller keeps losing sync don't know what to do please help it does it randomly how to fix ?

Hey there HooksaN, I made a mistake there I meant to say wired! I tried to sync my controller on my friends XBOX and same outcome! I had a battery pack at home, but the charger doesn't work so I got a lend of my mates charger, and it doesn't work still .
Guessing it's a controller issue tried everything.

And well I tried all the ones on the XBOX Help thing nothing help, my mate put my controller under the sink though and it worked after that though but it randomly turned off about 4 hours later and it does connect to any XBOX!

Exactly the same problem with the controller dropping sync here - my Day One Edition pad is fine but my play and charge kit drops randomly (and frequently).

I think there's a lot of faulty controllers!
